How to Upload Files

  1. 1Click on the upload area or drag and drop your file onto the page
  2. 2Wait for the file to be validated (max 100MB, compressed to 4MB if needed)

Tips for Best Results

  • Use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI)
  • Ensure good contrast between text and background

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions

OCR is taking too long

Processing time depends on file size and device performance. Try:

  • Using smaller image files (under 2MB)
  • Compressing images before upload
  • Closing other browser tabs to free up memory
OCR results are inaccurate

Improve accuracy by:

  • Using higher resolution images
  • Ensuring good contrast between text and background
  • Avoiding skewed or rotated documents
  • Using standard fonts
File upload failed

Check that:

  • File is under 100MB
